1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

During high order volumes, processing times may be slightly delayed. We appreciate your patience.


2. Shipping Timeline

Estimated delivery time within India:

  • Metro Cities: 3–7 business days

  • Non-Metro Areas: 5–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.


3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with tracking details.

You can track your order using the provided tracking link.


5. Delivery Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

Valourè is not responsible for delivery failures due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Incorrect phone number

  • Incomplete delivery details

If an order is returned to us due to incorrect details, re-shipping charges may apply.


6. Damaged During Transit

If your ottoman arrives damaged:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear photos of:

    • The damaged product

    • The packaging

    • Shipping label

Claims reported after 48 hours may not be eligible.


7. Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we work with trusted courier partners, we are not liable for:

  • Courier delays

  • Delivery attempts when customer is unavailable

  • Natural disasters or unforeseen events

If your order appears delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will assist in coordinating with the courier partner.


8. Refused or Undeliverable Orders

If a customer refuses delivery (except in case of visible damage):

  • Return shipping charges may be deducted from the refund

  • COD refusal may result in future order restrictions

Currently, we ship only within India.
