Where is my order?
Orders are dispatched within 2–4 business days. After dispatch: metro cities 3–7 days, other areas 5–10 days. You will get tracking details by email or SMS once it ships.

My ottoman arrived damaged. What do I do?
Email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, a continuous unboxing video, and photos of the damage, the packaging and the shipping label. We will arrange a free replacement.
Please film every delivery from before you open the box — without that video we cannot process a replacement.

Can I return it if I change my mind?
No. We only replace items damaged in transit. Please check the size and photos carefully before ordering.

The colour looks slightly different from the photos.
Our pieces are handcrafted, so small variations in fabric texture, stitching, colour tone and wood grain are normal. Screens also show colour differently. These are not defects.

Do you offer cash on delivery?
Yes, COD is available across India.

Do you ship outside India?
Not at the moment. We ship within India only.

How much weight can an ottoman hold?
80–100 kg comfortably. Each piece is 16" × 16" with solid wood legs.
