1. Packaging

  • Fragile items are given additional protective layers to ensure safe delivery.
  • Eco-friendly and recyclable materials are used wherever possible.

2. Shipping

  • We offer Free Pan-India Delivery on all orders.
  • Orders are shipped through trusted courier partners to ensure timely and safe delivery.
  • Customers will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS once the order is dispatched.

3. Delivery Timelines

  • Our standard delivery timeline is 7-14 working days from the date of order confirmation.
  • Delivery timelines may vary based on the delivery location, product availability, or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural calamities, strikes, or courier delays).
  • In case of delays, customers will be informed proactively via email or phone.

4. Non-Delivery / Failed Delivery

  • If the delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the customer, our courier partner will reattempt delivery.
  • If the order cannot be delivered after multiple attempts, it will be returned to us. In such cases, re-delivery charges may apply.
