1. General Conduct
- Customers are expected to provide accurate details (name, address, contact number) while placing orders.
- Misuse of offers, discount codes, or false claims will not be entertained.
- Communication with our support team must be polite and respectful. Abusive or fraudulent behavior may lead to denial of services.
- Valoure reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders that violate company policies.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policies
- Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order.
- Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.
Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:
- Order canceled within the allowed timeframe.
- Order canceled by Valoure due to product unavailability, incorrect pricing, or technical issues.
- Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable (if applicable).
3. Return & Replacement Policies
Valoure does not offer returns for reasons such as “change of mind” or “no longer needed.”
Replacements are accepted only in the following cases:
- Wrong product delivered.
- Product damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
- Size mismatch (only if the incorrect size was sent by Valoure).
What Can Be Replaced?
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect products (with proof shared within 48 hours of delivery).
- Products that are unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact.
Terms of Replacement
- Customers must raise a replacement request within 48 hours of delivery by contacting Valoure’s support team.
- Photos/videos of the product must be shared as evidence before approval.
- The product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original condition with packaging.
- Replacement will be provided only after verification by Valoure’s quality team.
- If the requested replacement is unavailable, customers may choose an alternative product of the same value or store credit.
